Shipping policy
Shipping within India is free. International shipments are chargeable at a cost of approximately Rs 1700/kilo with a gradual increase in the rate as the weight increases. Customs, if any, must be borne by the customer.
We also offer cash on delivery (COD) in most pin codes in India. Please note that on receiving a COD order, we will do a verification call to confirm the order. If we cannot reach you on this number after multiple attempts, the order would be cancelled.
Taxation policy
All products on our site are subject to goods and services tax (GST). The tax rates are 5% for saris and 3 % for jewelry products. We do not collect any other additional taxes at checkout! All shipping rates quoted at checkout are inclusive of GST. Our products are exclusively sold to consumers (B2C) and we don't support B2B billing at the moment.​

Exchange policy
Each and every sari of ours is painstakingly woven by a skilled weaver. Our quality control team makes sure that the saris are checked for defects before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a sari with defects, you can contact us here for an exchange and we will process the same as soon as we can.
