Do you ship to all the countries?

We ship through DHL express and hence ship to most countries. You can check their website https://www.dhl.com/en/express.html to verify if your country is included.
Who is your courier partner? How do I track shipping of my products once bought?

We ship all our international orders through DHL express and domestic orders via DTDC/Delhivery. Once ordered, we will generate a tracking link and send it to your email. The product(s) can be tracked online until delivery.
What is the time it takes from when I place my order to when I receive my products?

Shipping timelines vary from location to location. However in the case of most pincodes in India, the parcel should reach you within 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. In case of international shipping, delivery takes place within a time span of one to two weeks from the date of shipment.
